By accessing or using CoSpace (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• You may not use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to access, copy, or manipulate the Service.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CoSpace and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India.

4. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You retain ownership of your Content, but grant CoSpace a license to host, store, and display it to provide the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use all Content you submit.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. COSPACE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CoSpace, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

In no event shall CoSpace's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the past six months, or $100, whichever is greater.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CoSpace and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms, including any claim that your Content violates the rights of any third party.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
